The world is moving at a rapid pace,
And every day’s a brand new race.
With endless things to do and see,
Stress creeps in relentlessly.
The deadlines always loom ahead,
While anxiety builds up and spreads.
From work to home and back again,
It’s hard to find a moment’s zen.
Our minds are cluttered, oftentimes,
With all the things that we define.
As must-haves in our lives complete,
Without which we can’t seem to meet.
So take a break, breathe in and out,
And let your mind be free of doubt.
For stressful life will always come and go,
But life is precious, don’t you know?
So live it well, with love and joy,
And moments worthy to enjoy.
For in the end, it’s memories we’ll find,
The only things that truly bind.
To the stressful life we so oft lead,
Just pause and take a deeper breath.
And remember, life’s a precious gift,
That’s meant to be lived without regret.
